Fire resistance
The MB-78 EI system is suitable for internal or external fire separations with single or double doors with a fire resistance class between EI 15 and EI 90.


Insulation
Structures made with the MB 78 EI fire system have very good thermal (Uf of 1.60 W/(m2K)) and acoustic (up to 40 dB) insulation.

  • Double or triple rail frames available
  • Low threshold
Standard
  • Heat transfer coefficient. A very low heat transfer coefficient is achieved by the use of specially formed thermal inserts.
  • Temperature resistant. Special GKF or CI fire-resistant elements in the inner chambers of the profiles and the insulation spaces between the profiles, as well as steel accessories and fasteners, ensure that the structure can withstand high temperatures.
  • Door Structure. Doors may have all standard fire-resistant glazing units and opaque multilayer elements of sheet metal and suitable panels that provide the required fire protection.
  • Arches. Profile bending and arch designs.
  • Extensive design capabilities. Achievable structural dimensions up to 4 m in height for fixed partitions and door leaves up to 1.4 x 2.5 m.
